How to toe pincher coffin
Here is a coffin I built my good friend Alex. Take your time and it should turn out pretty good.
I will give a basic list of the required items and an over-all set
of dimensions. This one is built to my specifications and will fit only Alex so you will have to adjust for your size and could increase
your bill of materials.

SAND PAPER 150 GRIT

WOOD STAIN: YOUR CHOICE OF COLOR
2 BOXES 1" SHEETROCK SCREWS
First take two (2) of the 4 X 8 sheets of plywood and measure out
your size. There aren't any specifics for toe pincher coffins most were sized for the person.
Starting with the bottom board down attach the foot piece to the end of the coffin.
You need to decide whether you will place the sides of the coffin on top of the bottom board or attach it to the side of the bottom board.
Using a little wood glue and screws secure the foot board in place. From there you will need to cut angles on the sides so that
all of the seams meet nice and snug.
Using your 1 x 4's for strength around the bottom and top of the coffin shot the screws
from the inside to hide the heads of the screws. after all the sides are attached do another strip of 1 x 4 around the top edge of the coffin.
The weakest joint on the coffin is at the shoulders be sure to overlap the joints with the correct angles or your coffin will not last long.
Here you can see one of the sheets of plywood cut out to create the step pyramid style lid.
Each piece was alternated until the top was placed on. One overlaped the other by 2-1/2" screws were shot in from the inside of the lid.
This is the end result of the lid.
Here is the finished product I added another strip of 1 x 4 around the outside of the
coffin to give it added strength. Thin trim strips were added later using finsihing screws.Hinges were added and voila another coffin
from Blanck Mortuary.
